Win the Week
Win the Week is built on a simple promise: your notes are yours. This page explains what that means in practice, what the app does and does not do with your data, and who has access to what.
The notes, reflections, weekly questions, and daily Win/Loss outcomes you log in Win the Week are stored on your device using Apple's standard storage. We do not collect, read, or have access to any of this content. No one at our end can see what you wrote.
If you turn on iCloud sync, your data syncs across your own devices using Apple's iCloud service. This sync is end-to-end encrypted by Apple. Your notes pass through Apple's servers in encrypted form so they appear on your other devices, but Apple cannot read them and we cannot read them.
Win the Week uses two third-party services for technical operation. Neither has access to your notes or reflections.
Apple iCloud handles optional sync between your own devices. Sync is end-to-end encrypted by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to data stored in iCloud and is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.
RevenueCat handles in-app purchases for the optional Pro upgrade. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat receives your App Store transaction information so the purchase can be validated and your Pro access can be unlocked across your devices. RevenueCat does not receive your notes, reflections, or any content you write in the app. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
If you enable reminders in the app, notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device using Apple's local notification system. No data is sent to a server to schedule a reminder. The reminder text is generic and does not include any of your notes.
Because your data is stored locally and synced through your own iCloud account, you have full control over it at all times.
Win the Week is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. If you are a parent or guardian and have questions, please contact us using the email below.
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be communicated within the app.
If you have any questions about this policy or the app's privacy practices, you can reach us at wintheweek.app@gmail.com.
